About Us
Based at Goodwood Health Club in Chichester, the clinic provides GP- and Consultant-led services spanning acute care, preventative health, chronic condition review, and specialist women’s health. Appointments are designed to allow proper listening, thorough assessment, and clear explanation, with a strong emphasis on prevention and long-term health.
The clinic works collaboratively with physiotherapy, nutrition, and wellness professionals when appropriate, while remaining firmly grounded in evidence-based medical practice. With patient consent, care is communicated back to NHS GPs to ensure continuity and transparency.
Services are available to both Health Club members and non-members, with appointments focused on delivering thoughtful, expert medical care tailored to each individual.
Meet the Team
Katie Miller
CEO and Co-Founder
Katie is an experienced Emergency Nursing professional and healthcare leader, with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2001, she has progressed from Nurse to Nurse Practitioner, Matron, and ultimately Divisional Lead Nurse, overseeing a Major Trauma Centre and Emergency Floor in a large acute NHS hospital.
Dr Kate Bunyan
Co-Founder & Medical Director
Kate brings extensive expertise in Emergency Medicine, having served as Clinical Director of Unscheduled Care within the NHS until 2019. Her leadership spans diverse sectors, including roles as Medical Director in the cruise industry and Chief Medical Officer at a digital health provider.

Every appointment is unhurried. Your clinician will review your full clinical picture, including any diagnostic testing or health data you’ve gathered elsewhere. When it’s appropriate, we can coordinate with physiotherapists, nutritionists, or other practitioners, providing referral letters when necessary.
With your permission we’ll ensure your NHS GP is informed of your care with us, and you’ll always be able to access the records we hold for you.
When appropriate, prescriptions or supplements can be arranged through our partners, with charges only for the medications or products themselves.
